You will need to upload copies of your statement of results from secondary school, provide your ATAR/OP if applicable, and upload a current copy of your curriculum vitae/resume. The domestic application form is for Australian or New Zealand citizens or permanent residents. If you are not an Australian Citizen, New Zealand Citizen or permanent resident, you must use the international application form.

You need to attach your final secondary school statement of results, issued by the relevant education authority in your state/territory. If you received an ATAR, please also include a copy of your ATAR results. School reports are not required. If you have completed any post secondary education or training, please also submit a copy of any course transcripts. If you need to request a copy of your results, you may submit your application now and provide the results when they become available.
