The Guaranteed Entry ATAR for this double degree is 70. You'll be guaranteed a place in this course if you meet or exceed this score, provided you also meet the course prerequisites. If your ATAR is below the guaranteed entry score, you can still be offered a place as your ATAR may be adjusted based on subject adjustments, equity schemes or other factors.

Yes, subject adjustment points are available. A study score of 25 in Algorithmics (HESS), any Information Technology, any Mathematics, any Business or any Science equals 2 aggregate points per study, and a study score of 30 in the same subjects equals 3 aggregate points per study. The overall maximum is 15 points, and these points are applied to the aggregate, not the ATAR.

The Bachelor of Business Analytics/Bachelor of Cyber Security takes 4 years full-time or equivalent part-time to complete. It is offered at Swinburne's Hawthorn campus, with intakes available in both Semester 1 and Semester 2.

International students must satisfy one of the following English language requirements: an IELTS overall band of 6.0 (Academic Module) with no individual band below 6.0, or completion of Swinburne's English for Academic Purposes (EAP 5 Advanced level) with an overall score of 65% and all skills at 65% or above, or equivalent measures as outlined on the English language requirements page.

Yes, credit transfer is available and is granted in recognition of previous study and/or experience, allowing students to gain advanced standing towards their course. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) is also available for skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience and/or formal training. Both are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
