With a Human Resource Management major, you'll be prepared for a wide range of roles including human resource manager, diversity and inclusion manager, talent acquisition specialist, and management consultant. Entry-level roles such as HR coordinators may start at around AU$70,000 a year, while senior positions like HR managers or people and culture executives can exceed AU$100,000, depending on experience and the industry.
For international students, the annual tuition fee for the Bachelor of Business with a Human Resource Management major is AU$45,120 (2026 annual). The program is available on campus at Melbourne City with intakes in February, July, and October.
Yes, all majors and minors in the Bachelor of Business are complementary. The Bachelor of Business with a Human Resource Management major takes 3 years to complete full-time or 6 years part-time. Domestic students can commence in February or July, while international students have intakes in February, July, and October, with the course delivered on campus at Melbourne City.
