Graduates of the Bachelor of Business who major in Management and Change may go on to careers as HR business partners, change management consultants, training and development specialists, organisational development specialists, cross-cultural communications specialists, business analysts, policy analysts, and management analysts.
Yes, you can complement the Management and Change major by integrating a second major or a range of minors. The Bachelor of Business offers 14 majors and 32 minor areas. Suggested complementary combinations include the Economics major, Finance major, Marketing major, and Human Resource Management major, each of which deepens expertise in areas that intersect with organisational change and management.
The major includes subjects such as Work in Global Society, Organisations, Managing Change, Leadership, Innovation Management, and Strategy, along with capstone subjects Business Graduate Portfolio and Organisational Experience. You will also select one elective from Cross Cultural Management or Professional Values, Ethics & Attitudes.
The Bachelor of Business can be completed in 3 years full-time or 6 years part-time. For international students, the annual tuition fee is AU$45,120 (2026 annual), while domestic students may be eligible for Commonwealth Supported Places.
Domestic students can commence in February or July. International students have three intake options: February, July, and October. The course is delivered on campus at RMIT's Melbourne City location.
