The Business Studies Major provides a comprehensive foundation in Accounting, Economics, Applied Finance, Management and International Business. The Secondary Teaching Major covers educational concepts such as sustainability, creativity, Australia-Asia relationships, outdoor education, neuroscience and languages, with opportunities to study subject content units in either Modern History, Geography and Urban Studies or Mathematics.
This degree articulates with a Master of Teaching postgraduate degree in Secondary Teaching. Once you complete the Bachelor of Business (Pathway to Teaching Secondary), you can go on to study a Master in Teaching and take the first step to becoming an inspiring high school teacher, with opportunities for employment across Australia as well as internationally.
The degree offers full accreditation for secondary school teaching in government and non-government schools in Australia and most other countries. Applicants should consult the NSW Education Standards Authority Requirements for Teaching. Additionally, the School of Business has been awarded AACSB (Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business) accreditation for its excellence in business education.
The Business component of the program is offered at the Bankstown, Campbelltown and Parramatta City campuses. The Secondary Teaching components are generally offered at Parramatta South, Bankstown and Kingswood campuses as well as online. Students may be required to travel between campuses in order to complete this course.
The indicative annual fee starts from $11,885 for a Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP), which is subsidised by the Commonwealth Government and applicable only to Domestic students. The Australian Government pays part of your fees, reducing your program fees, and the remaining amount (your Student Contribution) is paid by you. Fee estimates are indicative only and subject to change, and do not include the Student Services and Amenities Fee.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
