Common Questions
As part of your degree, you are required to undertake 150 hours of practical work experience. The Business Internship course (BUSN3900) provides valuable on-the-job experience, interaction with professional practitioners and a network of contacts. You will also be prepared for the job market with job application workshops, interviewing technique classes and coaching sessions.
Students must complete at least one Major from: Accounting, Advertising (Sydney Campus only), Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, Marketing & Public Relations, and Public Relations. For a second Major or electives, approved options include Advertising (Sydney Campus only), Business Administration, Data Analytics, Economics, Finance, Human Resource Management, Management, Marketing, and Public Relations, as well as any other eight-course Major offered across the university.
The Bachelor of Commerce is offered on campus at both Fremantle and Sydney locations. Students can commence in either Semester 1 or Semester 2.
