The Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) commences in Semester 1 (February) only — there is no mid-year intake.
The course comprises two main components: a thesis and coursework. The thesis is a 20,000-word research-based dissertation on a topic of strong intellectual interest, while coursework focuses on research philosophy, methods, and design to support completion of the thesis.
There are three application rounds: the first round deadline is 15 November 2025 with applicants notified mid-December 2025; the second round deadline is 15 December 2025 with applicants notified mid-January 2026; and the third round deadline is 15 January 2026 with applicants notified early to mid-February 2026. Applicants are encouraged to apply for the earliest possible round as places may not be available in later rounds.
No, offers cannot be deferred. If you receive an offer but wish to be considered for a later intake, you will need to reapply for the intake in question, and it is not guaranteed that you will receive an offer again.
