The double degree takes 4.5 years full-time, or a part-time equivalent. UOW notes that a double degree provides a world-class qualification in less time and at less cost than studying the two degrees separately.
The minimum score for guaranteed entry (or for consideration if this course has limited places) is a Selection Rank of 72. Your Selection Rank is your ATAR or IB Combined Rank plus any adjustments you are eligible to receive. The IBAS equivalent is 26.75.
The course is available to start in Autumn 2026 (session start 2 March 2026) or Spring 2026 (session start 27 July 2026). For Autumn 2026, key deadlines include: UAC Early Bird (domestic) – 30 September 2025, International – 9 December 2025, Domestic direct – 31 December 2025, and UAC final round – 29 January 2026.
UOW supports learning with state-of-the-art facilities including a fully equipped television and video production studio, radio and podcasting suites, design labs, and film production spaces.
