No. UTS does not participate in the Elite Athlete and Performer Scheme assessed by UAC. Instead, UTS runs its own Elite Athletes and Performers Entry Scheme, and eligible applicants must submit a separate application directly to UTS.

Eligible applicants will receive 5 adjustments to their selection rank, which will be used to determine entry into UTS courses.

You will need your UAC application number and details about your schooling and performance commitments, a completed Training/Rehearsal Schedule and Personal Statement template, a Supporting Statement from your sporting/performance coach or manager, a Supporting Statement from the responsible person at your education institution (e.g. principal, careers advisor), and any other applicable supporting documents. Elite performers must also submit a portfolio of work or performance resume.

Applications for the 2027 intake open on 27 July and close on 30 November 2026.
