Common Questions
This double degree at UTS combines the study of public relations and advertising within the communication discipline with an honours-level Bachelor of Laws, equipping students with expertise in both strategic communication and legal practice.
Yes. UTS operates an Elite Athletes and Performers Entry Scheme through which eligible applicants — who are Australian citizens or permanent residents and have submitted a UAC application preferencing a UTS course — can receive 5 adjustments to their selection rank. Applications for the 2027 intake open on 27 July and close on 30 November 2026.
After submitting your UAC application, you submit a separate application directly to UTS. You will need your UAC application number, a completed Training/Rehearsal Schedule and Personal Statement, a Supporting Statement from your coach or manager, a Supporting Statement from your education institution, and any other applicable supporting documents. Elite performers must also submit a portfolio of work or performance resume.
Domestic students can contact UTS on 1300 ASK UTS (1300 275 887) or +61 2 9514 1222 from outside Australia. International students can call +61 2 8806 0230, email international@uts.edu.au, or send a WhatsApp message to +61 489 089 375. You can also submit an online enquiry through the UTS website.
No. If you are eligible for and receive adjustments from inpUTS (the Educational Access Scheme), you will not receive additional adjustments from the Elite Athletes and Performers Entry Scheme.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
