Yes. All bachelor degrees at Swinburne include a guaranteed Work Integrated Learning opportunity. In this degree, you'll employ industry-standard practices and tools to navigate complex, real-world problems through multiple industry projects. There is also an optional professional placement available — either a six-month (minor) or 12-month (major) placement.
Successful completion of the Bachelor of Construction Management (Honours) requires students to complete units of study to the value of 400 credit points. The course includes 12 core units, 13 major units, and elective units, with all units valued at 12.5 credit points unless otherwise stated.
For 2026, the yearly Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) fee is approximately $9,537 AUD, with a total course fee of approximately $38,148 AUD. The Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is $373 AUD (the capped amount for 2026). Eligible domestic students may access HECS-HELP to cover all or part of their contribution amount.
