Graduates from this program are eligible to apply to the Legal Profession Admission Board for admission to legal practice in NSW after undertaking prescribed practical legal training. Graduates will also be eligible for associate membership of the Australian Institute of Building.
Students are required to complete 1,200 hours of approved practical experience during the duration of the program, in addition to their studies in construction management and law.
To be admitted to the Honours program, students must have completed at least 160 credit points of law study (or 140 credit points if two Summer subjects are undertaken), demonstrated the likelihood of graduating with an Honours Weighted Average Mark (HWAM) of at least 70 or an Admission Average Mark (AAM) of at least 70, demonstrated satisfactory academic writing skills, and have availability of a principal supervisor.
The program is offered at Parramatta South and Campbelltown campuses and takes 5 years to complete full time. A part-time option is also available, though it is not available to International Students on a Student Visa.
Graduates can pursue a broad range of career opportunities across both disciplines, including roles such as site manager, estimator, facilities manager, building economist, contracts administrator, and solicitor.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
