There are three full-time duration options: the Fast Track option allows you to complete the course in 2 years (6 trimesters), the standard full-time option takes 2.5 years (8 trimesters), and a longer full-time option spans 3 years (9 trimesters). A part-time option is also available for domestic students who need more flexibility, though part-time study is not available for international students.
For domestic students, the course consists of 20 units at $2,999 each and 2 units at $5,998 each, with an indicative annual course fee of $23,992 AUD (based on 1.0 EFTSL). A Student Services and Amenities Fee (SSAF) is also charged in addition. FEE-HELP is available for eligible domestic students.
On-campus delivery is ideal for students who thrive in a face-to-face environment, including 2 hours of weekly on-campus classes plus 1 hour of national content (online or asynchronous), with classes running Monday to Friday in morning, afternoon, and evening sessions. Blended delivery combines 2 hours of live classes (on-campus or online) with 1 hour of national content each week, offering the convenience of remote access alongside in-person connection and supported by SAE's online learning tools and self-directed study resources.
The Bachelor of Creative Industries includes workplace internship opportunities that allow you to put your practical skills and advanced knowledge to the test in the real world, ensuring you graduate career-ready. You will also work on collaborative group projects and produce a final project that pushes your creative limits, building a diverse portfolio to show the industry.
The Bachelor of Creative Industries is available at Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, and Sydney campuses. Intake dates at all campuses are May 2026, September 2026, and February 2027.
