Bachelor of Creative Leadership

The Bachelor of Creative Leadership (BCL) provides transformative educational experience, internships, student-led projects, and community engagement opportunities that will expand your ability to examine and influence current and future paradigms. In the BCL, you will engage with innovative assessments that prepare you for work-related challenges and gain experience by participating in a diverse range of real-world opportunities. Students learn to articulate their ideas into innovative strategies that address complex contemporary and future challenges. The skills learned in the BCL are transferable to any discipline and are what the employer of tomorrow will be seeking in a graduate in various roles including global workplaces. You will have an opportunity to apply skills and knowledge gained from this degree in a workplace setting, through an internship or an engaging work-integrated learning experience. The Bachelor of Creative Leadership is a concurrent degree that is designed to be combined with any Bachelor degree at Western. The BCL degree consists of eight subjects that can be taken concurrently with subjects in your discipline-based degree. The Bachelor of Creative Leadership is available to current undergraduate students, with enrolled students being automatically offered membership with The Academy.
