You can choose from four embedded majors: Econometrics, Economics, Environmental, Agricultural and Resource Economics, or Financial Economics.
Yes. If you meet the entry and progression criteria, you can elect to complete the Advanced Economics program, which serves as a pathway to Honours in Economics.
Yes. You will also complete a major or minor from a broad range of subject areas from the 'Shared pool', including business, STEM, social sciences, and humanities, as well as units from the Open Learning Environment and elective units to make up the required credit points.
The closing date for Semester 1 is 31 January of the commencing year, and the closing date for Semester 2 is 15 July of the commencing year. Separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
You will complete foundational studies in microeconomics, macroeconomics, and econometrics as part of the Economics program.
