The Bachelor of Economics / Bachelor of Computer Science is a four-year double degree program consisting of 32 courses (192 Units of Credit). There is also the potential to study an additional honours year for high-achieving students.
Students can specialise in the following Computer Science majors: Computer Science, Database Systems, Artificial Intelligence, Programming Language, Computer Networks, Embedded Systems, and Security Engineering. For Economics, the available majors are: Data Analytics and Econometrics, Economic Policy and Society, and Macroeconomics and Financial Markets.
Yes, the Bachelor of Computer Science component of this double degree is accredited with the Australian Computer Society (ACS) at the level of Professional.
For domestic students in a Commonwealth Supported Place, the 2026 indicative first year full fee is $11,500 and the indicative full fee to complete the degree is $49,500. For international students, the 2026 indicative first year full fee is $59,000 and the indicative full fee to complete the degree is $256,500. All fees are subject to annual review.
