Yes, the Bachelor of Education (Early Learning) is accredited by the Australian Institute for Teaching and School Leadership (AITSL) via the agency of the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia (TRBWA), as well as by the Australian Children's Education and Care Quality Authority (ACECQA). This means graduates are qualified to work with children in both early learning and primary school settings in WA, and can work as primary school teachers in Catholic, Independent and Government schools.
Students have the opportunity to complete either a Specialisation leading to Accreditation to teach in Catholic schools (Religious Education Specialisation, which includes THEO2400 Christology, THEO3010 Scripture and Church, and THEO3470 Sacraments in Catholic Tradition) or a Major in Special and Inclusive Education (which includes EDUC3065 Communication Needs and Challenges in Early Childhood Education, EDUC4042 Autism Spectrum in Early Childhood, and EDUC4043 Differentiated Learning Project Core Curriculum).
Yes, the Bachelor of Early Learning is nested within the Bachelor of Education (Early Learning) and provides an exit award at the conclusion of Year Three of full-time equivalent study. The exit award is provided specifically for students seeking employment in the pre-compulsory school setting in WA and is accredited with ACECQA, but it is not a TRBWA Accredited teaching qualification.
Applicants with recent secondary education require an indicative ATAR/Selection Rank of 70 (which includes ATAR plus Adjustment Factors) or an International Baccalaureate (IB) score of 25. Notre Dame also considers your application more broadly, including non-academic achievements such as previous leadership roles, volunteering, work, church and/or community involvement, as well as personal qualities including your aspirations, interests, and capacity to complete your chosen program.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
