Yes, in addition to the English requirement, you also need to have achieved a minimum Band 5 in any other two Category A HSC subjects, or a minimum E3 in any other Extension subject (other than those already counted for the English requirement).
Yes, any Extension subject (other than the English Extension subjects already used to meet the English entry requirement) at a minimum of E3 can be used to satisfy one of the two additional subject requirements.
