This course is accredited by Engineers Australia, the Institution of Chemical Engineers (IChemE), and the Royal Australian Chemical Institute (RACI), and is recognised internationally.
You need a guaranteed ATAR of 80 or equivalent. If you achieve this rank and meet all other entry requirements, you are guaranteed a place in this course.
The essential prerequisite subjects are Mathematics Methods ATAR and Chemistry ATAR, plus at least one of Physics ATAR or Engineering Studies ATAR. Mathematics Specialist ATAR is listed as a desirable subject.
The Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical Engineering) (Honours), Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) takes 5 years to complete when studying full-time. Part-time study is also available.

The Curtin Corrosion Centre is a renowned research and consultancy team serving mining, defence, chemical processing, maritime and hydrocarbon industries, providing strong industry research collaboration opportunities for students.
