Notes for completion To satisfy requirements and enhance a graduate's capacity to move with ease into a professional workplace, students must complete at least 450 hours or equivalent of Engagement with Professional Practice (EPP). This requirement can be met by appropriate work experience, co-curricular and curricular experiences. Students must demonstrate that they have met requirements by using a formal logbook to record their EPP experiences during the period of their degree study and submitting evidence-based reflective reports addressing EPP Learning Outcomes. At the completion of their degree incorporating proactive Engagement with Professional Practice students will be able to: 1. Critically assess the contribution of different Categories of Experience to their development of Engineers Australia Stage 1 Competencies. 2. Critically assess their decision making in diverse EPP Environments with reference to the Engineers Australia Code of Ethics and Guidelines on Professional Conduct. 3.
