The guaranteed entry ATAR for the Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) / Bachelor of Science is 75.0. You'll be guaranteed a place if you meet or exceed this score, provided you also meet the course prerequisites. The lowest ATAR to receive an offer in 2023 (after adjustment factors) was 72.75.
Yes, subject adjustment points are available. A study score of 25 in any Information Technology, any Mathematics, or any Science equals 2 aggregate points per study; a study score of 30 equals 3 aggregate points per study; and a study score of 35 in Mathematics Methods or Specialist Maths equals 5 aggregate points per study. The overall maximum is 15 points. Note that subject adjustment points are applied to the aggregate, not the ATAR.
Approved pathway courses include the Associate Degree of Applied Technologies - Advanced Manufacturing and the Associate Degree of Engineering. These pathways allow students to progress from one qualification to another where the first course is recognised as an entry requirement and/or provides credit (advanced standing) into this double degree.
Applicants who do not meet the mathematics prerequisites for this course will be required to successfully complete Swinburne's MathsLink Methods bridging program before commencing the degree.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
