Yes. The Bachelor of Engineering (Honours) component of this double degree is fully accredited with Engineers Australia at the level of Professional Engineer. Graduates are recognised internationally through the Washington Accord, meaning your skills will be recognised in Australia and beyond.
This degree includes 60 days of Engineering Professional Practice which provides a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) experience. WIL allows you to engage in work learning experiences that integrate academic learning with its application in the workplace, connecting you directly with industry and community partners.
Yes. You can complete a Flexible First Year when you study this degree. Flexible First Year allows you to explore different engineering fields before choosing your specialisation. The first year of engineering study has a core of common subjects, plus a wide choice of electives, so you can figure out which one is right for you. From your second year, you can specialise in a particular field of engineering.
For domestic students in a Commonwealth Supported Place, the 2026 indicative first year full fee is $8,500 and the indicative full fee to complete the degree is $47,500. For international students, the 2026 indicative first year fee is $60,000 and the indicative full fee to complete the degree is $332,500. These fees are for tuition only and are subject to annual review.
