Common Questions
You need to meet requirements in three areas: an English subject (Standard or Advanced at Band 4/75, or Extension 1 or 2 at E3/35), a Mathematics subject (Mathematics at Band 5/80, or Extension 1 or 2 at E1), and one science or environment-related subject (Chemistry, Biology, Physics, Earth & Environmental Science, Geography, Agriculture, or Senior Science) at minimum Band 4, mark 75.
Yes, both Mathematics Extension 1 and Mathematics Extension 2 are accepted for entry into the Bachelor of Environment, with a minimum result of E1 in either subject.
Yes, Geography and Agriculture are both accepted as qualifying science/environment subjects for entry, provided you achieve a minimum Band 4 with a mark of 75 or above in either subject.
Yes, HSC English Extension 1 or English Extension 2 satisfies the English entry requirement, provided you achieve a minimum grade of E3 with a mark of at least 35.
