Yes, this program is accredited by Exercise and Sports Science Australia. Graduates of the Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science / Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology are eligible to apply to be recognised as an Accredited Exercise Scientist.
In your second year, you will get hands-on experience in sports and exercise science. In your third year, you will get hands-on experience with placement opportunities and undertake an industry project. Study abroad is also available.
Yes, you can boost your knowledge with an Honours in Health Sciences. The Bachelor of Health Sciences (Honours) is a one-year full-time (or two-years part-time) program designed to extend your research skills, critical analysis, and project management, allowing you to specialise in a health discipline of your choice including exercise and sport science.
The 2026 annual indicative fees are $10,310 for Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) students and $46,700 for Full Fee Paying (FFP) students.
Graduates can pursue careers as an Exercise Scientist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Performance Analyst, or Rehabilitation Assistant. With further postgraduate study and work experience, careers could include Sports Scientist, Exercise Physiologist, Strength and Conditioning Coach, Sports Nutritionist, and Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
