Yes. You need VCE Units 3 and 4 with a minimum study score of 25 in any English (except EAL) or 30 in English as an Additional Language (EAL), and a study score of at least 20 in any Mathematics or equivalent (excluding Foundation Mathematics). Applicants who do not meet the mathematics prerequisites will be required to successfully complete Swinburne's MathsLink Further Mathematics bridging program.

Yes. Students must obtain a Working with Children Check (WWCC) prior to commencement of the course. Additionally, students may be required to apply for and receive an acceptable NDIS Worker Screening Check prior to commencing placement with an NDIS provider, with the relevant fee being the responsibility of the student.

Students have access to equipment such as GymAware, treadmills and a whole lot of exercise testing and exercise prescription equipment. Students will also go out on industry placements and apply their learning in real world settings, gaining exposure to different clients and different people, helping them develop both technical skills and soft skills for communicating with people.

Yes. Pathway options include the Diploma of Health Science (UniLink) (8 months full-time, up to 5 units max credit), the Diploma of Sport (1 year full-time, up to 4 units max credit), and the Diploma of Sport / Diploma of Leadership and Management (1 year full-time, up to 4 units max credit). Credit transfer and Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) are also available and assessed on a case-by-case basis.
