As a graduate, you will be able to meet the challenges of competitive fashion industry practice, as well as having confidence in your capabilities to launch independent and emerging brands. These roles are in fashion enterprises, emerging international brands, luxury and high fashion brands, as well as in related disciplines contexts of design, production, communications, creative direction and styling, branding, buying, media, publications and textile and product development. As a graduate, you will be an engaged designer, critically aware of the larger ethical, social, cultural, environmental and political concerns that need to be addressed in contemporary relevant design practice. Yes. For entry into a bachelor degree at RMIT, you can meet English language requirements through satisfactory completion of 2 undergraduate level courses (subjects) equivalent to at least 24 RMIT University credit points, or satisfactory completion of an AQF accredited award at certificate IV or above (or equivalent).
Yes. If you are applying to RMIT through the Schools Network Access Program (SNAP) or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Access Program, the English study score for admission is 5 points lower than the published study score for bachelor degrees.
