The guaranteed entry ATAR is 60.0. If you meet or exceed this score and meet course prerequisites, you are guaranteed a place. The lowest ATAR to receive an offer in 2025 after adjustment factors was 59.55, meaning students below the guaranteed entry score may still receive an offer based on subject adjustments, equity schemes, or other factors.
Yes. Credit is granted in recognition of previous study and/or experience, allowing students to gain advanced standing towards their course. Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) also allows students to gain credit towards their course in recognition of skills and knowledge gained through work experience, life experience and/or formal training. Applicants are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Swinburne incorporates a range of digital technologies into the Health Science program. For example, instead of using traditional methods, the course incorporates a virtual dissection table, which means students can use 3D reconstruction images to digitally dissect the human body, as well as virtual reality to immersively walk into the human structure to learn internal structures and how they function together.
Yes. The Diploma of Business (UniLink) is an approved pathway course that is 8 months full-time (6–8 units maximum credit) and can provide credit into this double degree. Pathways allow students to progress from one qualification to another where the first course is recognised as an entry requirement and/or provides credit (advanced standing) to the second.
