About This Course

This degree focuses on the science that underpins physical activity and exercise, and how it can be used to design, implement and evaluate exercise programs. Throughout your study, you will gain valuable practical experience while having access to state-of-the-art facilities, dedicated exercise and sport science labs, and sports venues. You will learn how to work with people from a range of fitness levels and ages, including high-performance through general health and fitness, rehabilitation and management of chronic disease through exercise.

General Requirements

Assumed Knowledge: Any 2 subjects of English
Recommended Studies: Any 2 subjects of English, plus four subjects of Science and/or Mathematics. PDHPE can be counted as a science subject for this program.

Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) available for domestic students
In order to enrol in Second Year Autumn subjects, all students must have:
- Working with Children Check Student Declaration
- National Police Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Student Undertaking
International students: indicative annual fee AUD $37,254
Applicants who have undertaken studies overseas may have to provide proof of proficiency in English
Overseas qualifications must be deemed by AEI-NOOSR to be equivalent to Australian qualifications
