The Bachelor of Health Transformation offers an immersive, transdisciplinary learning experience, drawing knowledge from multiple faculties and study disciplines including health, business, law, technology, and communication in a global context. Students are matched with industry and community mentors from their first semester, complete two personalised work-based learning immersions, and co-design a specialist stream tailored to their interests — all managed through the Transformation CoLab.

The Transformation CoLab is a transdisciplinary virtual hub that breaks down traditional silos between faculties and includes industry and the community as active partners in designing curriculum and providing immersive study experiences. It combines knowledge of all Bond faculties with industry and community mentors to develop an immersive curriculum and student experience.

Graduates will develop a suite of skills including leadership, digital literacy, project management, team management, design thinking, skills adaptation and more that will position them equally for the careers of today and the new opportunities of the future. The program also instils the ability to provide ethical, practical, and creative solutions in a healthcare setting.

Part-fee scholarships are available under the CoLab Industry Scholarships for applicants in either the Bachelor of Digital Transformation or the Bachelor of Entrepreneurial Transformation for study commencing in the January semester.
