For academic entry, you need a minimum Band 5 in HSC English Standard or English as an Additional Language or Dialect, a minimum Band 4 in HSC English Advanced, or a minimum E2 in HSC English Extension 1 or Extension 2.
Yes, in addition to an English subject result, you also need to have achieved at least a Band 4 in any other Category A HSC subject, or a minimum E2 in any other Extension subject beyond those listed for English.
Yes, HSC English Advanced is accepted for entry into the Bachelor of History, with a minimum Band 4 required.
