The Bachelor of Information Systems / Bachelor of Sustainability and Environment is a combined degree at UTS that integrates information systems — covering technology and digital information management — with sustainability and environmental studies, equipping graduates with skills across both fields.
International students can apply directly to UTS and follow a specific international application process. UTS also offers a range of international pathways and articulation programs worldwide. You can contact UTS at international@uts.edu.au or via WhatsApp at +61 489 089 375 for guidance.
UTS offers several alternative entry pathways including the STAT (Skills for Tertiary Admission Test), VET or TAFE qualifications such as an AQF diploma or advanced diploma, the UniReady Enabling Program for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, and the U@Uni Academy for students from specific partner schools. You may also be able to transfer from another UTS course after a period of study.
According to the 2024 Graduate Outcomes Survey – Longitudinal, 93.3% of UTS graduates are employed three years post-graduation, reflecting strong career readiness and employer demand for UTS graduates.
Domestic students may be able to defer their offer depending on the course's requirements, and can find more information on the UTS website under 'Deferring your course commencement'. International students should refer to the 'Deferring your offer' page on the UTS website.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
