General Requirements

Guaranteed ATAR/Selection rank: 70
Prerequisite subject (Essential): Mathematics Applications ATAR
Prerequisite subject (Desirable): Mathematics Methods ATAR or higher
English language requirement: IELTS Academic — Overall band score 6, with Writing 6, Speaking 6, Reading 6, Listening 6
Portfolio entry is also accepted as an entry pathway
VET/TAFE applicants: AQF Certificate IV (with separate evidence of English language proficiency), or AQF Diploma, or AQF Advanced Diploma, plus met the subject prerequisite
University/higher education switchers: must have completed Mathematics Applications ATAR (or equivalent); the prerequisite can be met with Curtin units MATH1013 Introductory Mathematics, MATH1014 Foundations of Calculus, or MATH1015 Linear Algebra
STAT is not accepted as an entry pathway, but may be used to demonstrate English language proficiency
If you don't meet one of the above entry pathways, you may be able to enter through a bridging or enabling pathway
