For the Bachelor of Information Technology, you need a minimum IELTS overall score of 6.0 with no band less than 5.5, or equivalent scores in other accepted tests such as TOEFL iBT (overall 64), Cambridge English Advanced (169), PTE Academic (overall 50, no band less than 42), or OET (B for each component). These requirements can be reduced if you complete an ELICOS or Foundation program prior to enrolment.
Yes. If you complete 10 weeks of an ELICOS, Foundation Standard, or Pathway program, the minimum IELTS requirement is reduced to 5.5 overall with no band less than 5.0. If you complete 20 weeks of an ELICOS or Foundation Extended program, the requirement is further reduced to IELTS 5.0 overall with no band less than 4.5.
Yes. All students, including international students, must be at least 18 years of age at the time they commence the course. This applies to all courses offered by Danford Higher Education.

You may be exempt from the English language requirement if you are a citizen holding a passport from the UK, USA, Canada, New Zealand, or Republic of Ireland; if you have completed at least 5 years of study in English in Australia, UK, USA, Canada, NZ, South Africa, or the Republic of Ireland; if you have completed a Foundation Course in Australia in the last two years; or if you have completed a substantial component of an AQF Certificate IV or higher course in English in Australia in the last two years.
