Common Questions
To qualify for the award of the Bachelor of Information Technology, a candidate shall complete 24 units with an accrued aggregate of at least 144 credit points, including satisfactory completion of all core units (19 units of 114 credit points).
The course structure is based on one semester with 14 weeks duration. It comprises 19 core units (including 2 capstone units in Year 3) offered uniquely by the BIT program and 5 elective units from the Bachelor of Business, spread over 3 years.
ICT302 (Software Development Project 1) and ICT305 (Software Development Project 2) are the related capstone units, which require students to complete a real-world software development project.
The elective units from the Bachelor of Business study will provide BIT graduates with the fundamental business knowledge and empower them to align their ICT knowledge and skills with an understanding of day-to-day business operations.
The course is delivered at EEI's Sydney CBD Campus, located at Level 6, 8 Quay Street, Haymarket NSW 2000, which is close to all public transport facilities, restaurants, shopping centres, and affordable accommodation.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
