What support is available to me throughout my studies?

At QUT Online, Student Advisors are available via phone and email 7 days a week, 8am to 9pm on weekdays and 10am–6pm AEST on weekends. Once you are in your online classroom, Online Learning Advisors will be there to guide your learning, and there is plenty of assessment support services at your fingertips throughout your studies.

How long is a Teaching Period?

Teaching Periods are 10 weeks in total, including one week break at week 5 and one week for exams/final assessments at week 10.

How do I apply for a justice qualification at QUT Online?
