You can apply directly to UTS for undergraduate honours programs through My Student Portal. If applying through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC), you will receive an offer via email from UAC and can then accept it through Start at UTS.
Yes, UTS offers several alternative entry pathways including the STAT test, VET/TAFE qualifications such as an AQF diploma or advanced diploma, equity pathways like U@Uni Academy and the Jumbunna Admissions Program for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students, and transfer from another UTS course.
Domestic students may be able to defer their offer depending on the course's requirements. You can find more information on deferring your course commencement through the UTS website. Note that scholarship offers cannot be deferred.
UTS offers one of Australia's most generous scholarship programs for both domestic and international students. Scholarships are managed by UTS Scholarships and payments are made via Electronic Funds Transfer to a nominated Australian bank account. Recipients must meet ongoing eligibility criteria including academic progress and enrolment requirements as outlined in the Conditions of Award.
