By combining these fields, you'll bridge the gap between technical and creative roles, making you highly attractive in the job market. Potential roles include:

You can combine the Mathematics (Extended Major) from the Bachelor of Mathematics with a wide range of undergraduate majors from the Bachelor of Arts. You can also include minors and elective units in your degree. Prerequisites vary depending on your chosen individual majors, so you should refer to each major's description for specific requirements.
If you decide either degree isn't right for you, you can exit one and complete the other. This flexibility means you won't lose your studies — you can still graduate with a single Bachelor's qualification rather than being locked into completing both.
In the mathematics component, you'll learn core mathematical concepts including foundations in the theory of calculus, algebra, geometry, probability and statistics, as well as the application of mathematical principles to fields like economics, engineering and computer science.
The CRICOS code for this course is 116864K. International students can apply for intake in February or July. Onshore international students are charged an annual course fee based on credit points, and fees are subject to annual indexation.
Graduating with both a Bachelor of Mathematics and a Bachelor of Arts positions you for diverse roles that bridge technical and creative fields. Potential careers include economist (government and finance), technical writer, journalist and/or science communicator, policy analyst for government or international organisations, data analyst, and cultural resource manager.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
