Successful completion of the Bachelor of Media and Communication/Bachelor of Business requires students to complete units of study to the value of 400 credit points. All units of study are valued at 12.5 credit points unless otherwise stated. The course includes 12 core units and 16 major units, plus elective units.

Yes, Work Integrated Learning is a guaranteed part of all Swinburne bachelor degrees. This double degree includes an industry-linked consulting project and an industry-linked project related to your major study area. Students may also optionally undertake a professional placement worth 100 credit points, which includes work experience units alongside integrated professional placement units in either Media and Communication or Business.
