Attendance information The Bachelor of Medical Science is offered full-time on campus. This program is delivered in accelerated mode over 2 years. You will enrol in five Trimesters of continuous study, including Trimester 3 of Year 1. Some courses are offered in mixed mode, online, or intensively to give you flexibility in your study. If you are an International student on a student visa, you must ensure that you enrol in a way that will allow you to complete your enrolment within the expected program duration as stated on your Confirmation of Enrolment (CoE). Pathways to further study Provisional entry into the Griffith Doctor of Medicine program Completion of the Bachelor of Medical Science program with a GPA of at least 5.5 will see graduates gain seamless entry into the Doctor of Medicine (5099) . The type of place in the Doctor of Medicine program offered to Bachelor of Medical Science graduates who meet the requirements will be allocated according to the GPA achieved in the Bachelor of Medical Science taking into account individual preferences. In the interests of equity and fairness, applicants who do not achieve the GPA regardless of circumstances such as illness, misadventure or disadvantage during the Bachelor of Medical Science program will not meet the stated criteria and, therefore, will not be considered for provisional entry to the Doctor of Medicine program via this pathway.
