You can choose from four majors: Computational Sciences (covering programming, Linux skills, mathematics and data science), Earth and Environmental Sciences (focused on resources, environmental monitoring and conservation), Engineering Science (covering technical and electrical engineering principles and problem-solving), and Physical Sciences (studying physics, astronomy, chemistry and mathematics).
Yes. If you haven't studied science before or don't meet the prerequisites for Science and STEM majors, Multidisciplinary Science can give you a pathway into a range of courses – including Actuarial Science, Computing, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics and Surveying. Once you have completed the required units with the recommended course-weighted average, you can apply to switch into your preferred course.
You must meet Curtin's English language requirements. For IELTS Academic, you need an overall band score of 6, with individual scores of at least 6 in Writing, Speaking, Reading, and Listening. If you have completed a different English test or qualification, you may be able to use it to meet this requirement — check accepted English tests, qualifications and required scores on Curtin's English language requirements page.
After completing Multidisciplinary Science, you may be eligible to study for an honours degree in Science or Engineering, or a postgraduate qualification in Education. The degree also opens up a diversity of careers in fields such as astronomy, biochemistry, environmental science, forensics and resources.
There are no essential or desirable prerequisite subjects required to apply for the Bachelor of Multidisciplinary Science at Curtin University. You need to meet the guaranteed ATAR/selection rank of 70 (or equivalent via an accepted entry pathway) and Curtin's English language requirements.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
