To be eligible for extended Post-Study Work Rights, a course must meet all criteria including being in 'Registered' status, being a Skills Level 1 Qualification (Bachelor, Masters or PhD), having a duration of 92 weeks or greater, and having a narrow Field of Education that aligns with the Skills Level 1 priority list.
