While international students are eligible to enrol in the Bachelor of Policing, they are not eligible to complete the NSW Police Force training required to be a police officer. Instead of proceeding to the NSWPF Associate Degree in Policing Practices at Goulburn Police Academy at the end of their second year, international students will transfer to the Bachelor of Policing Studies and complete their third year at Western.
Students can collect evidence and investigate realistic crime scenes at Western's world-class training and research facility, Crime Scene House, depending on their major.
The indicative annual fee for domestic students starts from $11,885. A Commonwealth Supported Place (CSP) is subsidised by the Commonwealth and applicable only to domestic students, meaning the Australian Government pays part of the fees, with the remaining student contribution amount paid by the student.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
