The course starts in Semester 1 (February) and Semester 2 (August). The standard closing dates are 15 January of the commencing year for Semester 1, and 25 June of the commencing year for Semester 2. The University strongly encourages applicants to apply as early as possible, as offers are made on a rolling basis and places are limited.
Graduates may pursue careers as current affairs journalists, diplomats, government and public service administrators, non-government or private sector administrators, policy researchers and consultants, political advisers, or think tank participants. The honours year also serves as the Faculty's essential research training pathway to higher degrees by research in the humanities and social sciences.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
