Common Questions
The UTS Elite Athletes and Performers Entry Scheme recognises the impact elite sport and performance can have on students. Eligible applicants receive 5 adjustments to their selection rank, which is used to determine entry into UTS courses, including the Bachelor of Public Health. This scheme is exclusive to UTS and is separate from schemes assessed by UAC.
To be eligible, you must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, be an elite athlete or performer, and have submitted a UAC application preferencing a UTS course. If you are already receiving adjustments from inpUTS (Educational Access Scheme), you will not receive additional adjustments from this scheme.
You will need your UAC application number and details about your schooling and performance commitments, a completed Training/Rehearsal Schedule and Personal Statement template, a Supporting Statement from your sporting or performance coach or manager, a Supporting Statement from a responsible person at your education institution (e.g. principal or careers advisor), and any other applicable supporting documents. Elite performers must also submit a portfolio of work or performance resume.
Applications for the 2027 intake open on 27 July and close on 30 November 2026.
No. You are unable to save your application and resume it later, so you must prepare all the information, statements, and supporting documents in advance before submitting your application via the Apply Now link on the UTS website.

Honestly I was lost when I first started looking at Australian colleges. There are just too many options and every agent gives you different info. A friend told me about FindTheCourses and within a week I had shortlisted 3 programs that actually matched my budget and visa situation. My advisor Sanjay was super helpful — never felt like I was being pushed into anything.
