Your first year will be made up of only science units and you will commence nursing subjects from second year onwards.
You must meet a satisfactory academic standard and complete 48 credit points to progress to the Master of Nursing (MN).
You will complete professional experience placement in private and public health facilities including speciality areas such as mental health, community health and high acuity settings.
No. Applicants who are registered as a nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia are not eligible to apply for this course.
For IELTS (academic module) taken on or after 23 April 2026, you need a minimum overall score of 7 and a minimum score of 7 in each of the four components (listening, reading, writing and speaking). The test must be completed within two years of the date on which you will commence your course.
