Yes, the Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Laws is a combined undergraduate coursework degree. You will first study degree core and junior elective units along with a major or program from the Science disciplinary pool, concurrently with Bachelor of Laws junior core requirements. After meeting the requirements of the Bachelor of Science, you will progress to the Bachelor of Laws, completing senior core and elective units from the Sydney Law School Undergraduate Table in a specific sequence.
Applications for Semester 1 close on 31 January of the commencing year, and applications for Semester 2 close on 15 July of the commencing year. Separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications.
Yes, international students commencing in Semester 2 will not be able to start the Law component of the degree until Semester 1 of the following year.
In your final year of the Bachelor of Laws, you will have the option to complete advanced coursework and an honours thesis, in addition to completing senior core and elective units from the Sydney Law School Undergraduate Table.
