You can apply through the Universities Admissions Centre (UAC) or directly to UTS. If applying through UAC, you will receive an offer via email from UAC and can then accept through Start at UTS. If applying directly, you can accept your offer through My Student Portal.
Yes, UTS offers a range of alternative entry pathways including the Skills for Tertiary Admission Test (STAT), TAFE or VET qualifications such as an AQF diploma or advanced diploma, UTS College for those who don't qualify for direct entry, and equity pathways such as the U@Uni Academy and Jumbunna Admissions Program for eligible students.
Domestic students may be able to defer their offer depending on the course's requirements. More information on deferring your course commencement is available through UTS. International students also have a separate deferral process available to them.
UTS offers over 400 scholarships, including the Vice-Chancellor's Outstanding Achievement Scholarship, Vice-Chancellor's Merit Scholarship, UTS Humanitarian Scholarship, Indigenous scholarships, Graduate Research scholarships, and the Equal Access Scholarship. Both domestic and international students may be eligible for various awards.
