Upon completing this dual degree, you will graduate with an ECU Bachelor of Science (Cybercrime, Security and Intelligence) and a Bachelor of Science (Hons) Counter Terrorism, Intelligence and Cybercrime from the University of Portsmouth.
Students will undertake the first two years at Edith Cowan University on the Joondalup Campus, Year 3 at the University of Portsmouth in the United Kingdom on campus, and the final semester in Year 4 back at Edith Cowan University on the Joondalup Campus.
For domestic students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $12,500 (Commonwealth supported place). For international students, the estimated first year indicative fee is AUD $43,700.
Yes, students have the opportunity to seek a work integrated placement with an industry partner in the last semester of the dual degree. Students are required to complete a placement equivalent to one semester of full-time study, typically comprising a minimum of 300 hours over a maximum of 17 weeks, with full-time placements usually comprising 450 hours of professional placement.
To meet the English language requirements (Band 3), applicants must achieve an IELTS Academic Overall band minimum score of 6.0 with no individual band less than 6.0, among other accepted pathways.
