You will complete a major from the Arts and Social Sciences disciplinary pool, along with an additional minor in Sociology or Social Policy (or a minor or major from the disciplinary pool or the shared pool if you elected to take Sociology as your first major). You will also complete units from the Open Learning Environment, elective units as needed, and then core units from the Bachelor of Social Work after completing the Bachelor of Arts requirements.
Domestic applicants should refer to the UAC website to apply for the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Sydney.
The closing date for international student applications for Semester 1 is 15 January of the commencing year. UAC applicants should refer to the UAC website for further details.
Yes, scholarships are available. Separate deadlines apply for scholarship applications, and prospective students should view the scholarship closing dates on the University of Sydney website.
