The scheme recognises the impact elite sport and performance can have on students. Eligible applicants will receive 5 adjustments to their selection rank, which will be used to determine entry into UTS courses. This entry scheme is for applicants to UTS only.
Following your UAC application, you must submit a separate application via the Apply Now link on the UTS page. You will need your UAC application number, details about your schooling and performance commitments, a completed Training/Rehearsal Schedule and Personal Statement, a Supporting Statement from your coach or manager, a Supporting Statement from your education institution, and any other applicable supporting documents.
Applications for the 2027 intake open on 27 July and close on 30 November 2026.
Yes. Elite performers also need to submit a portfolio of work or performance resume, which may include an insight into published work, examples of exhibited pieces, a resume of recent productions/performances, and current or ongoing projects.
No. You are unable to save your application and resume later, so you will need to prepare all the information, statements, and supporting documents in advance before you begin the application.
